She will talk about how to take advantage of grocery sales, how to really make coupons pay off, when and how to shop at your local warehouse store, and how to strategically stock your pantry and freezer. Attendees receive a free one-month trial to Thrifty Kitchen, as well as valuable take-home information. Lisa's presentation lasts approximately 45 minutes and will be followed by a question & answer period.
